HOME LEARNING HEALTH WARNING!
Times are hard for everyone, the most important thing is to look after your own mental health and help your family to do the same.
We will post enough work so your children can find tasks they'll enjoy - but we aren't expecting families to be doing all of it! Do what's right for you and your circumstances.
In terms of learning, the priority is to keep reading and number tasks going whenever you can, these things will make it easier to return to learning once school re-opens.
Year 4 Home Learning Week 15 (20.7.2020)
Hi Year 4!
Can you believe that this is the last set of work before the Summer Holidays! And then you'll be in Year 5. Thank you all so much for being such an amazing class and I know you'll be fantastic in Year 5 too. This week is a chance to reflect on your time in year 4 and helping us get ready for the next school year. Remember, if you have any questions or want to share some of your amazing work, please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org and I can put it on the superstar page.
Hope that you and all your family have an incredible summer.
Things for next year
If you send me your completed name label and selfie writing, I can send them to Mr Chalkley to help him prepare your new classroom.
Reflecting on this amazing year
It has been such a pleasure teaching you all this year and I would love to know what you enjoyed about being in Year 4.
Countdown to next year
We are always asking you to write the date - now you can see what it is everyday with your own DIY Calendar block at home.
I saw my teacher on a Saturday!
Have a read of this wonderful poem by Dave Crawley and create your own comic strip to go with it.
