Extended Schools: Breakfast and 3.30 and School Holiday Clubs
Breakfast and 3.30 Clubs
A longer day is vital for many families. We know lots of parents and carers use the train, so we’ve planned the timing of our clubs to match train times!
At present, our Extended School clubs are only open to children from Reception age. If you are interested in places for pre-school aged children, please do let us know. Once it’s financially viable, we aim to provide the service.
These clubs are run and managed by existing school staff who know our children well.
Our Breakfast and 3:30 Clubs are run by members of school staff from 7.45am until 6pm each day of the school term.
Children are provided with breakfast and a snack after school. We can cater for all dietary requirements - please talk to us about this or any other question.
Breakfast club is charged at £5.00 a day.
3:30 Club is charged at £9.50 per day if your child is collected by 4.30pm, or £12.00 per day if you require childcare later than 4.30pm.
Bookings must be completed online in advance, payment is to be made in advance. Please click here for booking form and to make payment via the Gateway system. Please note, cancellations within 5 full working days of the booked date will not be refunded. Please refer to the Extended Schools Operational Plan and complete the Registration form in advance of making any bookings.

School Holiday Clubs
Many families need high quality childcare during the school holidays. We work with our Sports Coaches to provide Sport Holiday Camps on our school site throughout the school year.
If your child is eligible for Free School Meals, they are entitled to a Devon County Council-funded place at HAF clubs during the Summer, Christmas and Easter holidays. Our School Holiday Sports Camps are HAF funded during these holidays. Unfortunately, there are a limited number of spaces and the hours available are restricted to mornings with lunch provided.
Primary Sport and Education, run by Mr Marc Troman (who teaches all our children PE), provides Holiday Sports Camps each school holiday. Many of our TA staff work at the camps, so our children will know most of the staff leading the camps.
We aim to advertise the weeks & days the camps will be available each year.
In the school year 2021-2022 and 2022 - 2023, the camps were open every week of the school holidays.
