The Department for Education have advised us that they do not expect schools to handle new or existing complaints whilst they are closed. However, we would seek to maintain communication with our parents and carers through this time wherever possible. Any complaints received during the period of school closure will be considered in accordance with our policies once the school re-opens.
The Governing Board adopted the following policies and advice at the meeting of the FGB on 4th February 2020, they are due for renewal in Spring 2023.
