HOME LEARNING HEALTH WARNING!
Times are hard for everyone, the most important thing is to look after your own mental health and help your family to do the same.
We will post enough work so your children can find tasks they'll enjoy - but we aren't expecting families to be doing all of it! Do what's right for you and your circumstances.
In terms of learning, the priority is to keep reading and number tasks going whenever you can, these things will make it easier to return to learning once school re-opens.
Week beginning 20.4.20

Computing
Can you make a Scratch animation about Viking voyages? You could use Scratch Online here to make a Viking ship sail across the seas.
Ideas:
- you could design your own boat sprite using the Paint tool, or download one and make it small enough to fit on your background (look on the photo below to see where this is!)
- you could have a picture of the sea as your backdrop, or download an image of where the Vikings sailed
- your boat could sail around the map (making sure it doesn't crash into any land) or you could set points for it to sail to
- you could even turn it into a game. Can the locals escape the Viking raiders? Or can the Vikings find all the gold?
